Invite walk-in customers to follow their bike

For shops: turn a walk-in into a customer who sees your updates and comes back.

1. Invite from the quote On a walk-in quote, press Invite customer. You can also press Invite next to a walk-in on the Customers page.
2. Share the invite At the counter, the customer scans the QR code with their phone camera. Otherwise press Email invite (to the email on the quote), Text link or Copy link.
3. They add the bike The customer sees their bike and your shop's name, signs up free, and presses Add to my Garage. They choose what you can see, like any rider who shares a bike.
4. Keep them updated The open quote switches to the Job status bar and the Bike tab on its own. Your updates and the pickup email now reach them, and their next quotes land on the same bike.

Tips

• An invite lasts 30 days. Inviting the same bike again reuses the same link.
