Share your bike with a shop and follow the job

For riders: no more calling to ask whether your bike is ready.

  1. Choose what to share On your bike's page, press Share with a shop. Pick what the shop can see: history and schedule, your name and email, receipts, and whether they may add finished work to your Garage.
  2. Show the code Press Show QR code and link. The shop scans the QR, types the 6-character code, or opens the link you Send them.
  3. Follow the job A job card on the bike's page shows where it's at and the shop's messages. My Garage shows a dot when there's news, and you get an email when it's Ready for pickup.
  4. Pick it up and rate the visit Press Got my bike to close the job and rate the shop 1 to 5 stars. Past visits stay under Shop visits on the History tab.
  5. Stay in control In Share with a shop, under Shared with, press Stop sharing to end access, or the bell to mute a shop's updates.
