Show the AI Service Writer a photo, a video or the noise

For shops: let the AI see and hear the problem, then quote the fix without retyping what you saw.

1. Press + in the message box Choose Photo, Video (up to 60 seconds), Record the noise (live, up to 3 minutes, phone near the engine) or Upload a recording (MP3, M4A, WAV or AAC).
2. Add a note and send Type what you want checked, like "rattle at idle, worse when warm", and send. The analysis shows up in the chat in about a minute.
3. Put it on the quote Ask it to add those to the quote. It sources the parts and labor like any other job.

Tips

• Video and audio are part of the Shop plan and use the shop owner's credits. Photos work on every plan.
